Food Log (pretty good):
6:30am: 2 eggs / black beans / salsa / cheese
11:30am: Leftover Homemade Chicken Pot Pie / Cheese slices
12:40pm: Trail Mix from work (Peanuts, raisins, pineapple, pb chips, chocolate) - did not feel well after eating
5:00pm: Banana
6:30pm: Mixed Nuts
9:00pm: Cottage Cheese
Money Spent: $2 for trail mix
Bed time to wake time: Midnight - 6:00am (could NOT get to sleep last night)
Exercise: 30 minutes with trainer
Alcohol Consumption: Zero
Caffeine: 2 Cups of Tea
Excess (artificial) sugar: PB Chips and chocolate pieces in trail mix
Successes: No Alcohol, making mostly decent food decisions. Money spent
Where to improve: Still working on those cravings, have to work on things in the afternoon, after lunch.
General thoughts on the day: Not too bad. I wore a new shirt that I was a little nervous about wearing and got lots of complements on it, which was nice. On the bad side, I seem to have done something to my foot (either running yesterday or the work shoes I was wearing) which has made walking interesting. I also picked up some books I'm excited to read at the library this evening (needed some quick reads from authors I'm used to).
